A University of Hawaii graduate who has lived in both Hilo and Kona, Kurtis began his professional career in real estate development, spending the better part of a decade as a construction project manager. His knowledge of the building trades and extensive network of building professionals in Hawaii are invaluable resources for clients seeking to maximize their real estate investments. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii, Kurtis also worked as a marketing specialist for Realogy Corporation.
Based in Kailua-Kona, he has listed and sold properties around the Big Island including all along the Kona coast, Waikoloa, Hawi, Honaunau, Naalehu and on the eastern side of the island. Kurtis started his career as "Rookie of the Year" in Kona and has since received numerous awards including "10 Best Real Estate Agents in Hawaii for Client Satisfaction."

Kurtis has dedicated himself not only to studying the Big Island real estate market but also the land and culture of Hawaii. In his spare time he acts as an independent adventure guide, coaches youth basketball teams and is active in charitable foundations.
