Jyoti’s interest in houses and love for island living began on Orcas Island in Washington state, with its unique ocean and mountain views. This is where she purchased her first house, discovered how a house becomes a home and creates a container for memories with family and friends. She believes a home, the land it rests on and the views beyond can have a positive effect on the quality of one's life. It can make you feel inspired to manifest a dream or allow you to unwind and relax in solitude when seeking peace of mind.
Jyoti’s deep connection with Hawaii came from multiple visits each year since 2005 to escape the frequently gray Pacific Northwest weather. These visits always lifted her spirits until one day she just couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. She feels blessed to call Maui her home. Understanding the impact that a home has in one's life combined with her love of Maui and the islands inspires her to help others achieve this for themselves.
