I'm Cindy and I'm here to help you in all areas of Real Estate. I love working with Buyers and Sellers to help them build wealth and find a place to call home. Home is where your family is, BUT YOUR home should be also making you money. I am a keen negotiator for both my Buyers and Sellers. For my Buyers I enjoy the hunt to find the perfect home for you. The gratification I feel when we find the home, get our offer accepted, and you close escrow and can start a life in a new home is what drives me and my customer centric business model. When working with Sellers, it's exciting to take your home and dress her up for the party, introduce her to all my friends, take selfies with her and post them on social media, and so much, much more. With all this attention she attracts strong, qualified buyers which will get you the most money in the least amount of time.
Growing up in the Bay Area I'm very familiar with the different cities and neighborhoods within. There are so many special reasons to live in California and so many more to live in the Bay Area. We have The Trifecta, the Tech jobs, wonderful weather, and the close proximity to the beach and mountains. So many great opportunities await call me to discuss your next adventure in Real Estate.
