The sunroom off of the kitchen is unbelievable! Step out onto the deck to grill and step back in the sunroom to enjoy all of the amazing views of the lake without the mosquitos. The property is over an acre and also boasts a full sized garage with an overhead door on each side, perfect for pulling truck and trailer through. There is even a guest cabin! Recently the access was upgraded with a new driveway just off of the Richardson Highway, a fresh aluminum gate and plenty of parking. Truly a slice of heaven!
