Walking in the South City neighborhood of Boulevard Heights, you’re bound to see a group of larger homes being built as recent as...well...now. Those are the houses I like to refer to as “The Hot Friend”. Young and Cute, they all have 9 foot deep basements, pex plumbing, and *Live*Laugh*Love* signs as far as the eye can see. And we all have friends that marry that hot friend (Replace 'marry' with 'buy' because this is a metaphor for a house, not an actual human being) However you don’t seem like one of those people. So I want to introduce to you to its bestie - The Funny Friend. The funny friend *IS* a tiny bit older, but remember - with age comes experience. Errr...I mean, wisdom. It’s still cute as hell, still has a finished basement, and still has newer plumbing. But **KICKER** it ALSO comes with #Character AND a yard you could tell your dog about. Plus - without an Association telling you what to do, you can even put pink flamingos in the lawn. Trust me!
