There is an 8” water line that runs north and south on the east side of Route 4.  Northern Ohio Rural Water, per the 2008 annexation agreement, is obligated to bring the 12” line under the highway to our property with development.  The 12” water line ends at the northwest corner of this intersection. 

There are live rail lines for commercial/industrial rail spurs.   

There is a biking trail along the south side of the railway tracks.  There are no activities along this trail that I am aware of, no places to have a picnic, play miniature golf, get a bottle of water, use the restroom, etc., no hotel to spend the night.    

Agriculturally , this land has premium fine topsoil.  The farmers in the area know this.  This is also part of the auditor’s report.
