The current owner has generally maintained many of the trails and the open areas through the years. The old home, barns and buildings from the 1900's have been left to nature's treatment. Some cleaning up will be in order. But you will find these areas will be good for your uses. An old trailer is currently inhabited by farm workers who live according to their own custom. The seller will require 30 days from the date of closing to surrender possession. The property is being sold strictly ''AS-IS''. Fencing along the west line and a few other areas remains intact.
