Well-maintained with fresh sealant and chinking in late 2021, new carpet inside and brand-new metal railings on the deck outside. The wide-planked floorboards in the main living areas were salvaged from ocean vessels but the views... those are all Colorado.

You'll feel right at home here, starting from the impressive entry that opens up to the forest views, right down to snuggling into one of the four bedrooms, each with ensuite baths with soaking and jetted tubs and three with fireplaces or woodstoves. The main-floor living area and walk-out basement have their own fireplaces as well.
