Beautiful Cabin located in Tollgate Canyon with year-round access close to Park City and ski resorts (about 15-20 minutes depending on the season). You will see many large moose, elk, and deer as this area does not allow hunting and many of the large animals and herds around park city summer in this area. The cabinets are knotty alder, and the countertops are granite with chiseled edges. The flooring is acid stained concrete, carpet, slate tile and real hickory wood on the main and upstairs floors. The heating is a propane fired furnace and there are some additional baseboard heaters and a propane fireplace on the main floor. The downstairs fireplace is wood burning. Rented propane tanks are 1,000 and 500 gallons which is plenty of propane to get you through the winter. Both fireplaces are made of river rock and have amazing wood hearths.
