The Palace Court Building located at 135 W. Palace Avenue was constructed in 1988. It has been the home to Galleries and other retailers - both on the first and second floors. The third floor has been restaurants and nightclubs. It is a highly visible corner location at Palace and Grant Avenues just a couple of blocks west of the Santa Fe Plaza. Currently there two suites available on the second level of 1389 sq ft and 1314 sq ft. The third floor has most recently been used as restaurant and corporate office headquarters for a national restaurant chain.
