Application fee is $40.00 for each person over 18 also pet/animal screening is $20 for first animal $15 each additional and can be filled out on our website at www.SueCruddas.com. All pets must be an approved breed, not restricted by HOA, and approved by the homeowner. There is a $300 non-refundable fee per animal. The fee is associated with all pets to include, but not limited to, dogs, cats, birds, fish tanks, aquariums over 10 gallons, etc. All bonus incentives are paid on a 1 yr lease.
