On this level are the living room, kitchen, dining, hall bathroom, laundry room with double washers and dryers; and a large full lentgth deck with fireplace, plenty of space and large hot tub.

Upstairs are three more king bedrooms with private full bathrooms. The middle bedroom has a private deck with a large hot tub, hammock, and outdoor fireplace. Each bedroom is beautifully themed and coordinated, with comfortable seating by the windows to help relax and unwind in your own private space.The bunkroom is on the lower level with three bunkbeds, queens on bottom and 2 twins 1 full on top. Next to it is a full bathroom with double sink and a tub/shower.The game room is downstairs also with a cocktail arcade game, pool table, foosball table and card table. Access to the third deck and to the firepit is here also, both with lots of seating. Party lights make this lower deck and firepit magical at night! Cornhole game, a hammock, infant swing and large tower block set along with a ball hoop on the wall and balls for the kids are all on this deck.
