Tiffany Torgan, Realtor® is a highly successful real estate professional for 30 years of extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the real estate industry.
Combining her exhaustive industry knowledge and exceptional sales skills, Tiffany was Centex Home’s top-producing selling agent for seven consecutive years before becoming an independent realtor with RE/MAX Plano in 1997. After joining RE/MAX, she was responsible for selling over $25 million in real estate transactions in one year, all from a successful website-based business she established. At the time, she was considered a virtual pioneer in using the Internet to help clients relocate to Dallas from all over the world. Tiffany was the winner of Highland Homes and Drees Realtor of the Year awards in Dallas, Texas.
In the summer of 1999, Tiffany relocated to San Diego, CA and brought the Internet-based business with her to the San Diego market. Over the course of her career, Tiffany has closed deals on more than 1,400 homes and has worked closely with hundreds of families, diligently assisting them with every last detail of their transactions. An experienced and effective marketer, Tiffany has significantly raised her real estate profile by appearing as San Diego’s real estate expert on HGTV Home & Garden TV’s "How Close Can I Beach" in 2018 and “What you get for the Money” program in 2005-2006. She has also been featured and interviewed on local market conditions on several local news channels such as San Diego’s KUSI Channel 9, KGTV Channel 10, and KFMB Channel 8.
After obtaining her California Broker's license in July of 2002, Tiffany founded Prestige Properties Realty, Inc. and then went on to establish the Harcourts Prestige Properties Brokerage in La Jolla, CA. the first Harcourts International Real Estate office in the City of San Diego in 2011. As of January 2020, Tiffany has recently moved to the La Jolla Pacific Sotheby's Office to be in full-time real estate sales specializing in the Coastal San Diego market.
Tiffany is known to be very involved with her community and giving back and has had several charity events over the years to raise money and awareness for at least 15 organizations (most that are local). She currently lives in La Jolla with her husband, Bill Philips, and her 3 dogs Shelby, Dixie, and Belle. When she is not selling real estate, she loves to travel with her family and play golf and is an active member of The La Jolla Country Club.
