With over 20 years' experience in real estate negotiating for both buyers and sellers I bring a wealth of knowledge and skill to my clients. Working closely with lenders, appraisers, title companies and clients, I keep the process moving by solving the many issues that may arise along the way.
My personal background encompasses more than 2 decades of real estate, which includes purchasing, flipping, rehab, new construction, rental real estate and as a Realtor for buyers and sellers. This varying background gives me an in-depth knowledge of this industry from many angles.
