This property includes an old gravel pit with good bank run gravel above grade as well as a large amount (40-60 Acres) of land which used to be crop land. Much of this land runs along the Pherrins and Clyde Rivers which puts it within the flood plain. The crop land has become overgrown with alders. VAST snowmobile trail runs through the property.
