Roomy Ranch located in Adams with plenty of room nicely layout that is much larger than it looks from the outside. That was my opinion when I first looked at it. Lovely kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There are lots of cupboards and bar as well, dining room, large family room with air conditioning, fireplace, formal living room w/fireplace, master bedroom with bath, bedrooms w/ two full baths, laundry on first floor, double closets in all bedrooms, new windows and sky lights, new furnace this year, everything natural gas, attached two car garage, porch off family room, large yard, pool and out building with electric. Yard that could have a camper or another building in the back. It is turn key and has been very enjoyable but only me so sizing down. Lovely neighbors and quite street. Must see!
