Verizon cell phone work upstairs and on porch works best. not all cell services work, make sure yours does. with basic channels to see. Lake Nantahala and Hiwassee about 20 miles in either direction to murphy or past Andrews to Topton lake Nantahala oh yes Lake santeetal in robbinvsille, NC Hottub is on deck of this home for full time use. when renting more monthly you care and take care of hottub and pay for hot tub if you can't take care of it. and or hire someone to care for it/Clean house as well, you pay or take care of cleaning yourself and CLEAN HOTTUB YOURSELF WHILE RENTING Long Term 1-3 month shortterm. I will charge $250-$600 to clean after your rental if you don't clean.
