Class 4 town road and currently a very popular ATV and UTV trail on a system that is vast and expanding. This camp is very accommodating with wood stove and propane appliances. The lot runs deep and is surrounded by large acres and ideal for hunting enthusiasts! Seller may leave his deer stand if asked. There are several outbuildings that are good shape with even a deck/platform for the BBQ. There is a fire pit and a nice lawn and setting. Short trip into town to get supplies as well as pretty close to Jay Peak Resort.
